Dallas-based yogurt chain Red Mango jumped 18 places in the first-quarter Restaurant Social Media Index Top 100 to the No. 3 spot on the ranking.
The brand landed behind No. 1 Starbucks, and Wendy's, which nabbed the No. 2 spot from McDonald's, according to Nation's Restaurant News.
Red Mango's feat is remarkable, given that compared to the media and marketing giants on the list, the chain has about 170 locations, and a social media operations run by four employees.
